ELECTRIC POWER
Northwestern Energy provides electric power services to the Great Falls Area. We recommend that you visit their economic development site for the most up to date information. In addition to rates, this link will also provide you with fact sheets on services, system and a rate comparison calculator. The electric industry in Montana is regulated by the Montana Public Service Commission.
NATURAL GAS
Energy West provides natural gas services to the Great Falls area. Their services are regulated by the Public Service Commission. The April 2010 Traditional Service Rate document is provide for reference only, and you are encouraged to visit Energy West's site directly for information on their rate structures.

WATER
The City of Great Falls, (406) 727-7660, manages water resources for those customers on city water. You can obtain information on basic rates from the City of Great Falls Fiscal Services Utilities Division.
TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Thanks in part to the presence of Malmstrom Air Force Base, Great Falls’ telecommunications infrastructure is first class. We’re capable of providing companies with advanced technology and services, including cable, DSL and wireless Internet connections. More than 5,000 miles of fiber optics link Montana’s rural communities and urban centers with high-speed, broadband on-ramps to the Internet. And the state’s switching architecture is 100% digital. We have 15 fiber optic hubs that stand alone in and around Great Falls. Fiber optics are also available on the property adjacent to the Great Falls International Airport.
